Casual Performance Coach | Saint Haven
About the Role
We're seeking experienced and passionate Performance Coaches to join our teams across the Saint Haven club network.
As a Performance Coach, you will deliver exceptional strength, conditioning and longevity‐focused training that helps members build stronger, more resilient and capable bodies at every stage of life.
You'll coach key physical qualities including strength, power, cardiovascular fitness, mobility and movement efficiency, tailoring your approach to each member's individual goals and wellbeing.
Working alongside our Senior Performance Coaches, you'll continue developing your technical expertise through structured mentorship and professional development while contributing to a truly integrated, world‐class wellness experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, high-quality individual and group coaching sessions aligned with Saint Haven's performance and longevity standards.
Coach fundamental strength, power, conditioning,
mobility and movement patterns across a diverse member base.
Adapt sessions based on members' goals, ability, readiness, fatigue and overall wellbeing.
Build member confidence, knowledge and sustainable training habits.
Maintain exceptional standards of safety, professionalism and coaching detail.
Collaborate with other Saint Haven practitioners and services to provide an integrated approach to performance and recovery.
Support the collection and communication of relevant performance data.
Participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development.
Contribute positively to club operations, culture and the overall member experience.
About You
Minimum three years' experience in personal training, performance coaching or strength and conditioning.
Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science or an equivalent qualification.
ASCA Level 1 accreditation or equivalent.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Experience delivering one-to-one coaching, group training or performance programs within a fitness, wellness or high‐performance setting.
Strong understanding of exercise physiology, functional movement, strength and conditioning, and injury prevention.
Exceptional communication, motivation and member engagement skills.
Availability across late afternoons and weekends is highly desirable.
