About the Role
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to take ownership of our Parts Department.
You will be responsible for:
Leading and motivating the Parts team to achieve department targets
Managing the end-to-end parts ordering process
Providing accurate parts interpretation and support to customers and internal teams




Monitoring stock levels and investigating discrepancies
Recording lost sales to improve inventory control and availability
Resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
Ensuring all parts are correctly invoiced and accounted for before issue
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in an automotive parts environment
Professional, organised, and detail-focused
Customer-focused with strong communication skills
Confident using computer systems and dealership software
A strong leader with excellent time management skills
Hold a current driver licence (manual essential)
Willing to complete a company-provided National Police Check
