Requirements
Experience in a busy restaurant or bar, ideally at asupervisor or senior floor staff level

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Leadership qualities, including training and managing junior staff
Bar experience and wine knowledge are an advantage, but not essential
