You'll learn store operations, rostering, stock management and customer service excellence under the guidance of the Store Manager.
Upon program completion, you will progress into a senior management role within the business, with exposure to leading teams, achieving KPI targets, and driving profitable store performance in Rochedale, Parkinson and Regents Park.
