About the Role
As an Educational Consultant, you will be responsible for counselling prospective students, identifying suitable education pathways, and guiding them through the entire admission process.
You will play a key role in converting enquiries into successful enrolments while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on study options in Australia and other destination countries.
Assess students' educational background and recommend suitable courses and institutions.
Manage the complete student admission process, including applications, offer letters, enrolments, and documentation.
Follow up on enquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
Convert leads into successful student enrolments while achieving monthly targets.
Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM system regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, education providers, and partner agents.
Keep up to date with education provider requirements, admission criteria, scholarships, and visa regulations.




Participate in education expos, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to maximize student recruitment opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum2–3 years of experiencein international education consulting or student recruitment.
Sound knowledge of the Australian education system and admission processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to achieve enrolment targets.
Experience using CRM systems such as Agentcis or similar platforms is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem‐solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary:Up toAUD $100,000 per annum(based on experience and performance).
Performance Incentives:EarnAUD $3,000–$4,000 per monthbased on achieving enrolment and performance targets.
