The Role
We're looking for reliable and experienced individuals to perform reo tack welding. This is a crucial role, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to quality and safety. These positions guarantee up to
55-hour work week
, providing stable and consistent work.
Key Responsibilities
Tack welding and full-penetration welding of steel reinforcement cages, prefabricated footings, columns, and mesh according to site plans.
Operating MIG, Stick, or flux-cored welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Interpreting engineering drawings, bend schedules, and structural plans.




Maintaining high quality and structural integrity on all welds to meet Australian standards.
Adhering to strict site health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Reo Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of direct experience welding reinforcing steel (rebar, cages, and prefabricated reo modules) is essential.
Valid trade qualifications or relevant ticketed welding experience.
Current White Card (General Construction Induction).
Robust ability to read and work directly from structural plans and schedules.
High attention to detail, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Physical fitness for heavy structural and steel fabrication tasks.
