About You
Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
Current membership (or eligibility) with Speech Pathology Australia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering person-centred therapy services
Current or willingness to obtain:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Your Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services within the community
Assess, develop and implement individualised therapy plans
Support clients across the lifespan with communication and swallowing needs
Work collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
Manage a community-based caseload while meeting achievable performance expectations
Mentor junior clinicians and students where appropriate
