Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and manage service bookings
Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop




Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and invoices
Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service processEnsure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard
Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment
Most importantly, bring a positive & resilient attitude, enjoy what you do, and have fun while being part of a high-performing team.
About You
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential
Confident using computers and dealership software
Automotive servicing and repair knowledge highly regarded
Positive, resilient and solutions-focused attitude
Eager to learn, grow and embrace new opportunities
