About Nimbus Health
Nimbus Health exists to empower older Australians to reclaim independence without ever leaving home. By combining best‐practice allied health care with seamless coordination, we remove the barriers that too often stand between our clients and the care they need.
Since our founding, we've grown across Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, yet our north‐star remains unchanged: compassionate, accessible care that keeps people right where they belong at home. We partner closely with clients, families and home care providers to deliver evidence‐based services that prioritise lasting wellbeing and quality of life.
The Opportunity
The Community Nursing Lead will be responsible for the development, implementation and leadership of Nimbus Health's community nursing services from the ground up. This role will lead the design of clinical frameworks, establish governance structures, set the standards that will define how we deliver nursing care in the community and help to build a high‐performing nursing team.
In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands‐on clinical role. The Community Nursing Lead will actively deliver nursing services in the community, providing high‐quality, person‐centred care to clients in their homes. This ensures a strong connection to frontline service delivery, informs decision‐making, and sets the clinical standard for the broader team.
As the clinical and operational lead for nursing, you will be working closely with the Directors, CTO, Head of Care Coordination, and other key stakeholders in the company. You will work to ensure our nursing services are safe, evidence‐based, compliant, aligned with organisational objectives and seamlessly integrated within the broader Nimbus Health ecosystem.
