Managing candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process
Cold calling and business development to grow your client base

What You'll Be Doing
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
Building talent pipelines for permanent blue collar roles such as WHS Officers, Warehouse Managers and Logistics Coordinators
Managing candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process
Cold calling and business development to grow your client base
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 2+ years in 360 blue collar recruitment, permanent placements ideal but not essential
Experience creating a sales pipeline and working to KPI's
Previous Jobadder experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
Resilience, drive and a positive attitude
Must have a license and a reliable vehicle to meet clients around Brisbane
