The Team Leader, Schedulingis responsible forleading and coordinating the efficient scheduling,allocationandoptimisationof ourEducationdelivery workforce. Working closely with the Manager, Program Delivery, you will ensure programs are appropriately resourced,maintaincompliance requirements, and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Providing leadership, coaching and support to the Scheduling team while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Producing workforce and scheduling reportsandidentifyingopportunities to improve service delivery and resourceutilisation
Managing scheduling systems and processes to ensure data integrity,complianceand operational efficiency
Monitoring workforce capacity,efficiency,utilisationand supportingeffective planning and decision-making
Leading end-to-end scheduling operations across all Education programs
About you:

Proven experience leading scheduling and workforce planning functions in a complex environment
Excellent stakeholder engagement,communicationand relationship-building capabilities
Experience using workforce management,schedulingand communication systems, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical,problem-solvingandorganisationalskills with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated experience managing teams and building high-performing workplace cultures

Experience within the VET sector, RTOenvironmentor education industry
Auslan skills and understanding of Deaf community,cultureand language
