Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective international students on study options in Australia and other destinations.
Convert student enquiries into successful enrolments.
Assist students with course selection, admissions, and application processes.
Liaise with universities, colleges, and education providers.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective students.
Achieve monthly and annual enrolment targets.
Ensure accurate CRM updates and documentation.
Stay up to date with education sector policies, visa requirements, and provider information.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of onshore experience as an Education Counsellor in Australia.
Strong knowledge of Australian education providers and admissions processes.




Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and meet enrolment targets.
A positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
