Supporting organisations within Healthcare, Education, Government, Professional Services, Construction and other enterprise sectors, they deliver both managed services and large-scale digital transformation projects that help customers modernise and secure their IT environments.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Fortinet specialist to play a key role in designing, implementing and supporting enterprise network security environments across multiple customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy and support FortiGate Firewall environments, including High Availability (HA) clusters.
Configure and maintain FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for centralised policy management and monitoring.
Implement and support FortiSwitch and FortiAP deployments across enterprise environments.
Design and deliver secure SD-WAN, IPSec VPN and site-to-site connectivity solutions.
Configure routing, switching, VLANs and network segmentation following industry best practices.
Perform firewall policy reviews, security hardening and network optimisation.
Provide Level 3 technical support and act as the escalation point for complex networking issues.
Assist with customer onboarding, infrastructure migrations and digital transformation projects.
Produce technical documentation, network diagrams, implementation guides and operational runbooks.
Follow formal change management processes and ensure production changes are reviewed and documented.




Collaborate with internal engineering teams and technology vendors to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSwitch, FortiAP
Strong knowledge of routing, switching and TCP/IP networking.
Experience deploying High Availability (HA) firewall solutions.
Experience implementing SD-WAN and IPSec VPN technologies.
Strong understanding of VLANs, network segmentation and enterprise security best practices.
Experience troubleshooting complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues.
Experience working within a Managed Services environment.
Fortinet NSE4 certification (minimum).
NSE5, NSE6 or NSE7 certifications.
Experience with Microsoft Azure networking, VPN Gateway or ExpressRoute.
Exposure to Palo Alto, Juniper, Aruba or Ruckus networking technologies.
Knowledge of Zero Trust networking principles and security frameworks.
CCNA, CCNP or equivalent networking certifications.
