Talent Acquisition is a key part of any business. Due to the next stage of a volume recruitment project being underway, our P&C; team is under the pump and looking for an experienced recruiter to help lighten the load.
Your primary focus will be trade recruitment and you will be involved from writing adds, screening, interviewing and moving to letters of offer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment efforts for blue-collar roles across Australia.
Conduct phone screening and face to face interviews
Conduct reference and compliance checks
Collaborate with the broader People and Culture team and trade managers on all things recruitment
About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 3-5 years of high-volume talent acquisition




Understanding of EEO principles ,legislation and market rates
Robust recruitment skills with the ability to engage and attract top talent.
( Blue collar advantage but not mandatory )
Excellent communication skills and a personable, engaging demeanour.
Empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
Experience with HRIS systems, LinkedIn recruiter and SEEK
You are a team player and can multitask
This is contract position but may consider a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
