About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our Short-Term Accommodation (STA) team in Maroubra. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and making a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.
You'll support participants with daily living, community access, and engaging activities in a safe, positive, and person-centred setting. Every day is different, and your energy and care will help create memorable and empowering experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support
Assist with community access, outings, and recreational activities
Support meal preparation and household tasks
Administer and document medication as required
Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies
Complete accurate documentation and progress notes




Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all participants
Shift Options
8:00am – 3:00pm
3:00pm – 10:00pm
(Weekday availability required)
What We're Looking For
Experience in disability, aged care, or community support
Confidence supporting participants with behaviours of concern
A positive, reliable, and compassionate attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR certification
Valid Driver's Licence
Ability to complete documentation and follow support plans
