Westhaven is seeking versatile Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across Adult Services. Roles may be community-focused at the Dubbo Day Programs Centre or residential-focused within accommodation services, with a mix of both.
You will empower participants to meet goals in their NDIS plans, plan community events, and provide daily living support with dignity. A 24/7 roster is required for some positions, with induction and pathways to leadership as part of our growth.
