We are seeking experienced Auto Electricians for short term assignments across various sites in Papua New Guinea.
You will work alongside national technicians, providing hands‐on coaching, mentoring and technical guidance to lift safety, quality and maintenance standards over the long term.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, mentor and develop PNG national mobile maintenance technicians
Provide technical guidance and quality assurance on maintenance execution
Act as a visible role model for safe work practices and high standards
Support diagnostics and fault finding when required
Identify skill gaps and recurring technical issues
Contribute to continuous improvement, reliability and defect elimination initiatives
About You
Auto Electrician Trade Qualification – Min 5yrs post trade experience
Extensive experience maintaining heavy mobile mining equipment
High technical credibility and ability to influence without authority
Strong focus on safety, quality and disciplined execution
Patient, calm and committed to developing national capability
