Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of Education, Sports and Community projects through all project phases.
Collaborate closely with senior leaders and project teams to develop innovative design solutions.
Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.




Oversee the production and review of high-quality design documentation and graphic presentations.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC) and project programmes.
Mentor Graduate Architects and Architects, supporting their professional development.
Contribute to design reviews, project strategy and the continued success of the studio.
Skills & Experience
Master's Degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect in Australia.
Experience delivering large-scale Education, Sports, Community, Commercial or Mixed-Use projects within Australia.
Strong understanding of Australian Standards, the National Construction Code (NCC) and local construction methodologies.
Proven experience leading projects through design, documentation and construction.
Advanced proficiency in Revit, with Photoshop and InDesign experience highly regarded.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for architecture that creates meaningful community outcomes.
