What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll help clients live independently, feel respected, and stay connected to their community by assisting with:
Personal Care
– Supporting clients with showering, grooming, and daily hygiene routines
Home Cleaning
– Household cleaning and laundry tasks are a
core part of the role
, helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable living workplace
Shopping
– Assisting with errands or accompanying clients to the shops
Transport
- Pick up/drop off services, driving clients where they need to go.
Respite -
Relieving informal carers from their duties for a specific time in or out of home.
Social Support
– Engaging clients in
companionship
, social outings, home-based activities, appointment activities.
Wellbeing Monitoring
– Observing and reporting changes in physical or emotional health

What You'll Need
Minimum availability of 3 weekdays including mornings. Monday and/or Friday with 7am start time is a must.
A
genuine passion for supporting others
and making a positive impact
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or IV in Aging Support
,
Diploma of Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing
with accompanying academic transcript(students nearing completion welcome to apply)
Current Victorian Driver's License
and
reliable, insured vehicle
Current Police Check
or NDIS Worker Screening Check
