We currently have:
2 x Full-Time Casual positions (38 hours per week)
1 x Part time Casual position ****** hours per week)
You'll work on a rotating roster between 6:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, providing outstanding customer support while coordinating the end-to-end order process.
Following your training period, you'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with up to two days per week working from home.

About the Role
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally while coordinating orders from receipt through to delivery. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
Manage customer orders through the end-to-end order process, including order entry, amendments and transport coordination
Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time
Resolve customer enquiries and service issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer and order information within business systems
Conduct outbound customer communications where required
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
About You
You'll be a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and delivering quality outcomes.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order management or contact centre environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive approach to problem solving
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems (experience with SAP, CRM or similar systems is advantageous)
A collaborative attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
