Salary - GR ***** $ 154,231- $ 178,369 per annum plus superannuation
Your role
Homes NSW is a division of the Department of Communities and Justice. It brings together the housing and homelessness functions of the Department of Communities and Justice, the NSW Land and Housing Corporation, Aboriginal Housing Office and key worker housing functions from across government all under one roof.
The Enterprise Reporting and Assurance function leads the development and delivery of Homes NSW's enterprise reporting and annual business plan, ensuring the division stays on track to achieve its mission, strategic objectives and reform agenda.
The Manager designs, implements and oversees enterprise-wide reporting, governance and assurance arrangements that support integrated business planning and performance management. The role establishes a consistent approach to tracking annual priorities, benefits, and risks, ensuring that value realisation is measurable, transparent, and readily available to inform executive decision-making aligned with existing frameworks and methodologies.
What you'll do
Working closely with stakeholders across Homes NSW, the role aligns planning and reporting practices and strengthens enterprise capability in benefits realisation and risk management. In conjunction with Homes NSW's Project Management Framework, the role uses existing systems and processes to uplift project and portfolio management maturity across the organisation.
Lead enterprise business planning and performance reporting to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, divisional priorities and the reform agenda.
Provide high-quality reporting,
performance insights and assurance to support executive decision-making, delivery oversight, risk management, issue resolution and benefits realisation.
Establish, embed and continuously improve enterprise-wide governance, reporting and assurance frameworks to promote consistency, transparency and accountability, aligned with existing frameworks and methodologies.
Strengthen enterprise capability in advantages realisation, risk management and assurance to improve delivery confidence, visibility of outcomes and informed decision-making.
Optimise systems, data and reporting tools to improve efficiency, data quality, governance and organisational project management maturity.
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance enterprise planning, reporting and assurance practices across the division.
Support the leadership team with existing and new projects aimed at improving portfolio performance.
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or sound equivalent experience
Extensive experience in PMO, enterprise‐level project and portfolio management and reporting, with demonstrated expertise in applying complex project management methodologies, governance practices and organisational delivery frameworks
Robust knowledge of benefits realisation, risk management and assurance approaches, including the design and use of performance measures to track outcomes, manage delivery risks and support value realisation.
