Reporting to the Managing Director, this newly created position will play a vital role in driving the business forward and will work closely with Senior Management team.

Key responsibilities include: *Increase sales by developing new client relationships *Account manage existing client base *Contact dormant customers to reactivate them *Represent the company at tradeshows and various networking events *Conduct market research activities *Take calls from all new enquiries and promote the company's product range *Maintain and keep comprehensive contacts and client details in the CRM database *Monitor and advise customers of every sale and its progress through to delivery *Achieve the budget as set out *Any such other duty as may be assigned from time to time *Prepare/present financial and sales reports to Senior Management *Working to sales and revenue based targets Skills and experience required: *Business development/sales experience within a technical/Engineering environment *Proven experience in account management and relationship building *Proven negotiation skills *Excellent communication skills *Confident with client meetings *Positive computer skills *Experience in working to sales targets *Ability to prioritise own workload to plan own working week *Current WA driving licence *Team player I return our client will offer an attractive salary package, fully Maintained vehicle, achievable bonus scheme, company phone, work uniform, training on their products and equipment, ongoing support and excellent career prospects.
