SMAART Recruitment is once again partnering with a well-established medical hair centre to find a Client Retention Growth Specialist to join their team in Brisbane .
This is a consultative sales role offering the opportunity to work autonomously while playing a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey.
This position is a combination of customer service, account management and consultative sales.
You'll take ownership of your patients, supporting them across their treatment journey while driving retention, re-enrolment and overall clinic growth.
About the role responsibilities: Managing and nurturing existing patients throughout their treatment journey Conducting progress reviews and guiding next steps Driving re-enrolments and ongoing engagement Owning follow-ups, conversions, and outcomes Supporting day-to-day clinic operations (CRM, payments, scheduling) Why this role?
