About the Opportunity MinRes are seeking an experienced Drill Blast Supervisor to join our team on a 7 days on / 7 nights on / 7 days off roster (2/1), at our owner operator Lithium projects.
Reporting to the Drill Blast Superintendent your responsibilities will include: Supervising daily Drill Blast operations Leading and mentoring crew Coordinating production activities to meet operational targets Supporting incident investigations and risk management activities Driving a strong safety culture across the workforce Managing contractor performance Managing workforce planning and shift execution Monitoring explosives compliance and operational performance Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Ensuring compliance with company procedures and the WA mining legislation What is required?
Minimum 5 years' experience working within Drill Blast and Production Environment Demonstrated 2 years' supervisory experience in an open pit environment Hold a Statutory – Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture A proactive approach to safety, leadership, and operational excellence Highly regarded?
WA Shotfirer's licence Senior First Aid Certificate Certificate IV in Surface Extraction Operations.
