Best of Homecare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help participants live independently at home while delivering high-quality personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and shopping support. You will foster dignity, choice and engagement in daily activities, working within all policies and safety guidelines.
You will also support participant health and wellbeing, document progress, and cooperate with SIL Coordinators to plan activities and ensure a supportive home workplace.
