About the Client
INDEX is partnering with a State Government Victoria organisation to support the ongoing enhancement and delivery of critical customer-facing digital services. This environment combines modern Microsoft technologies with public-facing platforms that support a large and diverse user community.
About the role
This position offers the opportunity to contribute across several Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives, with a focus on customer identity integration, customer engagement capabilities and digital portal enhancements. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that meet business requirements and provide a high-quality user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective technical outcomes.
Support integration activities involving Entra External Identity Provider and customer authentication capabilities.
Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 Customer Insights modules to align with business objectives and user needs.
Contribute to ongoing development and maintenance of public-facing Power Pages portals using CSS and JavaScript.
Requirements




2-3 years' experience as a
Dynamics 365 Developer
delivering solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 applications, including Customer Insights capabilities.
Strong front-end development skills, particularly
CSS
and/or
JavaScript
.
Proven ability to work independently, solve problems effectively and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.

Must be based in Melbourne
