Now, we're looking for a Full Time Motorcycle Instructor and Centre Manager to join our VIC team in Wangaratta. Whether you're already qualified or passionate about becoming qualified, we want to hear from you. We can offer you security and work life balance with a set rotating roster, working full time hours over a 9‐day fortnight.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver licensing courses and assessments under the VicRoads syllabus.
Guide and mentor new riders with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Continue your ongoing development as an Instructor.
Ensure the training centre is well presented and stocked with the appropriate resources, escalating any operational requirements to the VIC Operations Manager.
Represent Stay Upright's 45-year legacy of safety, professionalism, and fun.
What You'll Need
All applicants must hold:
A current unrestricted motorcycle licence, held for at least 3 years, paired with recent ongoing riding experience.
Great communication skills and a genuine desire to help people succeed.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster that includes every second weekend.
You'll also need a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE***** or higher).
Do you have the right skills but not the qualification that's needed?
We can help you to achieve your Certificate IV in Training & Assessment by facilitating the course with our training partner and using some of your on‐job training as evidence of meeting the course requirements.
