IT Solutions NQ is seeking a Level 1 IT Support / Help Desk & Workshop Technician to join our North Queensland team. You'll split time between help desk duties and hands-on workshop work, building machines and diagnosing faults for clients.
You'll respond to tickets, troubleshoot Windows devices, imaging deployments, and assist with account/password tasks. A licence and reliable transport are expected as part of the day‐to‐day duties.
