About The Role The role of the Test Automation Engineer is integral to supporting our software solutions, and ensuring the quality and reliability of the products we develop.
The Test Automation Engineer will ensure the sustainability of our products through automated testing and quality assurance processes.
This role is full time, ongoing, Monday to Friday, based from our office in Perth located on St George's Tce.
The role will look like this: Build comprehensive automated test suites using JavaScript/TypeScript Design and develop end-to-end tests for web applications Create and manage testing frameworks utilizing modern JavaScript tools Write UI automation scripts with Playwright and Cypress Actively engage in Agile development processes and team activities Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of testing practices Write clear, maintainable test code adhering to JavaScript/TypeScript best practices.
You'll definitely need to have: At least one year experience in the same or similar role Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Experience and strong proficiency in JavaScript, including a strong proficiency in JavaScript fundamentals,



such as ES6+ features, error handling, DOM manipulation, and asynchronous programming Experience with Typescript, including type systems, generics, type assertions and interfaces Strong understanding of modern testing concepts, including unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and test-driven develop (TDD) Experience in Playwright and Cypress Proven experience using development paradigms, such as object-oriented programming and functional programming Experience using modern web development ecosystem It would be especially great if you had: Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities and environments Has effective coordination and time management skills.
Ability to identify and manage risk.
Ability to collate, analyse and interpret results of user data and mandatory quality indicators with the aim of assisting the product/service in improving the delivery of healthcare-at-home systems and processes.
Has superb communication skills, both written and verbal Flexible and adaptable and like to work in a fast-paced environment of constant change Can positively contribute to the achievement of the business objectives whilst maintaining a focus on the business values What's in it for you?
