Inside Sales - Cloud
representative.
About the Role
In this rolebased in our Melbourne office, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, drive cloud renewals, generate new opportunities, and provide exceptional service to our reseller partners. Working closely with Business Development Managers and Product Managers, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their sales journey while contributing to the growth of our cloud business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with inside sales or account management experience who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets and developing a long-term career in technology sales.
You will be responsible for
Manage and grow a portfolio of reseller and key customer accounts.
Drive cloud subscription renewals and identify opportunities for account growth.
Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and proactively make outbound sales calls.
Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations.
Qualify new opportunities and collaborate with Business Development Managers to progress sales.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive account management.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.




Process sales orders efficiently while ensuring a high level of accuracy.
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing product, pricing and licensing information.
Collaborate with internal sales, product and support teams to achieve business objectives.
Contribute to sales reporting and account planning activities.
Skills and Experience
The role requires the successful candidate to have:
Experience in inside sales, account management or customer service within the IT, software or technology industry.
Previous experience with a technology distributor, cloud vendor or software provider is highly regarded.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive sales mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail when preparing quotations and processing orders.
Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering positive outcomes.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A qualification in Business, IT or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential.
