We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our construction projects.
In this hands-on role, you will be the key figure on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for supervising construction sites and organizing the material and human resources required for successful project delivery .
Key Responsibilities: 1.Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day site activities and workflows, acting as the main supervisor and coordinating all trade disciplines .
2.Resource Coordination: Organize and coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution .
3.Planning and Interpretation: Interpret and work from construction plans, regulations, and codes of practice, assisting Construction Managers with planning and organization .
4.Quality and Compliance: Inspect work and materials to ensure strict compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards .
5.Progress Monitoring: Monitor construction timelines, costs, and quality,



and regularly report on the progress of works to senior management .
6.Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.
About You: You hold a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction (or have equivalent relevant experience) .
You have proven experience in a supervisory role on construction sites, ideally with exposure to formwork or civil projects.
You possess a strong understanding of construction processes and a keen eye for detail.
You are a proactive leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Your ability to interpret drawings and manage multiple trades sets you apart.
We Offer: Competitive Salary: A rewarding package of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum.
