The Opportunity
We are looking for either a
Qualified Sheet Metal Fabricator (Trade Certificate III)
OR a
Motivated Apprentice
to join our workshop team.
What the Role Involves
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Operating fabrication machinery (guillotines, folders, rollers, plasma cutters).
Welding (TIG/MIG) and assembling sheet metal products.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
(For Apprentices) Learning the trade from the ground up, attending TAFE, and working closely with qualified mentors to master your craft.
What We Are Looking For
If you are Qualified:




Trade Certificate (Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent).
Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
A reliable, safety-first mindset.
If you are applying for an Apprentice position:
A genuine interest in fabrication, engineering, or hands‐on mechanical work.
Robust math skills (crucial for measuring and cutting accurately).
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.
Pre‐apprenticeship courses are a bonus, but not required.
General Requirements (Both):
White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
