In this full-time or casual role, you will provide compassionate and person-centred care to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independent and fulfilling lives.
What you'll be doing Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and transportation Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote client wellbeing and community engagement Advocate for client needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored support Maintain detailed client records and documentation to ensure high-quality care Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans Promote a safe and inclusive environment that respects the rights, dignity, and choice of each client What we're looking for Relevant qualifications in community services, disability support, or a related field Proven experience providing person-centred care and support to individuals with disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships Demonstrated empathy, patience,
