Located at the Company Group's National Head Office in Adelaide , the National Sales Manager will lead cutting-edge, agile and experienced Sales and Distribution Teams in identifying opportunities, creating and implementing growth strategies and driving sales across Australia .
You will benefit from premium-quality in-demand products , prominent iconic brands, established market presence and reputation and the necessary engineering design solutions, internal support and service backup needed to deliver results.
You will mentor and guide your National Team in seeking out and identifying prime target markets, key clients and decision-makers to achieve product recognition, market penetration, and a continuous pipeline of repeat client relationships .
You will mentor your National Sales Team, Dealers and Reseller Networks in driving sales of complete engineered technical solutionsto suit the individual needs of Materials Handling and Transport Industry clients.
With the support of Product Managers for product training and application, you will also review product sales, pricing competitiveness and sales history to monitor and strengthen repeat-client and volume-purchaser relationships .




Suitable candidates will have proven experience in managing Business-to-Business and Business-to-Customer Sales Teams in technical, industrial or transport equipment environments combined with the ability to monitor team, product and market sector sales performance.
You will be an influential and inspiring leader through your knowledge and experience in leading teams in engineered solution selling, supply chain logistics and contract negotiation, liaising with multiple stakeholders for technical product application and specification.
