What does the job look like?
As a Senior Pallet Controller, you will oversee the daily movement of pallets across multiple sites and contracts while ensuring accurate pallet reconciliations, stocktakes and reporting.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining pallet account health, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting operational stakeholders across the business.
This role will be a permanent position and based at Ingleburn but some travel will be required to Erskine Park.
Key Areas: Oversee pallet movements across multiple sites and contracts.
Maintain pallet hire volumes aligned to operational requirements.
Deliver accurate monthly pallet financial reporting, stocktakes and reconciliations.
Review data accuracy and maintain pallet data integrity and best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across pallet processes and controls.
Liaise with customers, pallet providers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support account performance.
Are you the one?
You are a highly organised pallet or logistics professional with strong experience managing pallet accounts, reporting and reconciliations in a fast-paced operational environment.
You thrive on accuracy,



problem solving and building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders.
You can demonstrate: Experience within the transport and logistics industry.
Advanced knowledge of SAP and 2ic software is preferred.
Experience producing, analysing and interpreting operational reports.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems and RF systems.
Strong pallet reconciliation, auditing and stocktake experience.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and investigate data discrepancies.
