Managing the daily operations of the towing fleet, including allocation and scheduling of vehicles.
Supervising drivers and ensuring compliance with company policies, road laws, and safety standards.
Monitoring vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and arranging repairs to ensure fleet roadworthiness.
Managing vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Investigating incidents, accidents, and infringements involving fleet vehicles and coordinating necessary actions.
Maintaining fleet records, logs, and reports, including fuel usage and operational costs.
Liaising with clients, authorities, and internal management to ensure efficient and timely towing services.
The ideal candidate should have: ·Proven experience (1-2 years)
in fleet management ·Qualification in business or related discipline, or equivalent qualified experience.
·Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
·Exceptional analytical skills, able to interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
·Offering outstanding customer service and you consider the entire customer experience.
