Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a critical role in the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services across a large and complex environment.
Your responsibilities will include: End-to-end payroll processing across weekly, fortnightly and monthly cycles Managing payroll adjustments including terminations, redundancies, bonuses and commissions Maintaining payroll master data and system integrity (SAP ECP / SuccessFactors) Processing superannuation, payroll tax and statutory compliance obligations Completing reconciliations,
month-end processes and reporting requirements Managing employee queries and delivering a high level of internal customer service Conducting root cause analysis on payroll discrepancies and driving process improvements Partnering with HR, Finance and broader stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven payroll experience, ideally within a large or complex organisation Strong working knowledge of SAP, ECP and/or SuccessFactors (highly regarded) Solid understanding of payroll legislation including PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax and Fair Work requirements High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capability Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a customer-centric approach Intermediate to advanced Excel skills What's on Offer Opportunity to join a large, well-established organisation with national scale Exposure to a complex payroll environment with ongoing system and process improvement initiatives Supportive team culture with strong leadership Career progression and development opportunities within a broader HR function To discuss further, please contact Daniel Close at ******
