The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a collaborative construction team delivering commercial and industrial projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
This role is ideal for a Contract Administrator looking to broaden their experience with exposure to estimating and pre-construction while continuing to develop their contract administration skills across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Contract administration across commercial and industrial construction projects Procurement and subcontractor management Preparing scopes of work, trade packages and subcontract agreements Managing variations, progress claims and project cost reporting Assisting with estimating, tender preparation and pricing submissions Completing quantity take-offs and reviewing drawings Liaising with clients,
