THE ROLE Commencing Term 4 or ****, the Student Support Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating all learning support services across the Primary Campus.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinating support plans, assessments, and one-on-one sessions with students Collaborating with teachers, families, and external specialists to ensure tailored support Managing appointments, timetables, and documentation across the campus Supporting a structured, evidence-based learning framework Maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and explicit communication The position includes an 8-hour time allowance for coordination responsibilities, with a teaching component attached to the role.
ABOUT YOU Experienced Primary teacher with a strong background in Learning Diversity and Support Proven leadership experience in a school setting Skilled in collaborating with staff, families,



and allied health professionals Confident in managing sensitive matters with discretion VIT registered with full Australian working rights Familiarity with contemporary evidence-based educational practices This role would suit a Learning Diversity Leader, experienced Learning Support Teacher, or Primary Leader ready to take ownership of a campus-wide support structure.
