We are looking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.
Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum (plus superannuation) Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Chinese dishes to a high standard.
Plan menus and develop new dishes in consultation with management.
Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
Monitor food quality, freshness and stock rotation.
Order and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.




Supervise and assist kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Skills and Experience: Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
At least two years of relevant experience as a Chef Experience preparing authentic Chinese cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Reliable, motivated and able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
