Director – Infrastructure Advisory & Transactions (Transport)

We're working with an established infrastructure advisory firm to appoint a Director within their transport-focused transactions and commercial advisory team.
This is a senior role leading complex infrastructure transactions across major roads and transport projects in NSW — with responsibility for procurement strategy, commercial structuring and end-to-end transaction delivery.
The Role
Lead major infrastructure transactions (EOI, RFP, contract award) across transport projects
Provide strategic advice on procurement models and commercial frameworks
Act as a senior interface with government and private sector clients
Oversee multiple concurrent engagements across complex delivery environments
Contribute to work origination and long-term client relationships
About You
15+ years' experience in infrastructure advisory,



transactions or major project delivery
Current or recent experience leading transport infrastructure transactions (ideally NSW-based)
Solid understanding of procurement strategy, contracting and delivery models
Established credibility within government, advisory or Tier 1 environments
Proven ability to lead engagements and influence senior stakeholders
Experience contributing to client growth or advisory pipeline
