We are looking for experienced chefs and cooks for our clients in Newtown, Toowoomba QLD.
These positions are full time, $75,000 -$95,000 a year salary + Superannuation depending on experience and the position.
In this hands on roles, the chosen candidates must: Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guidelines Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards Maintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after service Assist the head chef in cost control and assist in ensuring budgeted profit and targets are met Able to work unsupervised and harmoniously with the rest of the brigade To be successful for this role you will possess the following:
