Minimum Requirements: Certificate II or III in commercial Cookery with at least 1-2 years' experience as a cook.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide range of meals from the menu Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use Contribute to improving the menu list, kitchen facility, and business of the restaurant Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation Standards and food preparation checklist Undertake portion control practices, arrange,
