About the Position: The Cook plays a central role in delivering the high standard of authentic Italian food that defines Fedele's East Gosford.
Working as part of the kitchen team, you will prepare, cook and present dishes to recipe standards while maintaining food safety, kitchen cleanliness and efficient stock control, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our expectations for quality,



consistency and presentation.
Key Responsibilities: Wash, peel, chop and prepare ingredients ready for service Cook a range of dishes using grills, ovens, stoves and other kitchen equipment in accordance with established recipes Plate meals attractively to presentation standards before service Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times Follow correct food safety procedures, including temperature control for hot and cold foods Monitor fridge and pantry stock levels and assist with ordering as required Requirements : Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply Certificate IV in Kitchen Management Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Australia Strong practical cooking skills, attention to detail in food preparation and plating, ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting, and good communication and teamwork skills How to Apply: To apply, applicants must submit their resume with a valid email address through this online portal.
