Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders across a diverse multi-service line portfolios.
Provide trusted advice on a broad range of people matters across the employee lifecycle.
Coach and support leaders in managing performance, conduct, employee relations and organisational change.
Provide sound advice on employment legislation, industrial relations and HR best practice.
Support investigations,



grievance management and case resolution.
Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the business.
Contribute to HR initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities.
About You To be successful, you will bring: Demonstrated experience as a HR or People Culture Business Partner.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability.
Strong working knowledge of Australian Employment Relations and Industrial Relations legislation.
Confidence managing complex employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
The ability to influence, coach and support leaders in a commercially pragmatic manner.
A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to commence immediately.
