We're looking for a professional and personable Guest Shuttle Driver to provide seamless airport transfers and support our hotel operations with exceptional service.
About the Role As the Guest Shuttle Driver , you'll be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, offering a warm Territory welcome and ensuring safe and timely transport.
This role is responsible for scheduled and on-demand guest transfers between the hotel and Darwin International Airport, maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
What You'll Be Doing Provide secure,



courteous transport for guests between the hotel and Darwin International Airport Assist guests with luggage handling and offer a welcoming introduction to the property Maintain a clean, presentable, and roadworthy shuttle vehicle at all times Communicate professionally with front office and duty teams regarding transfer schedules Complete basic vehicle checks, sign-in/out sheets, refuelling logs, and incident reports when required Uphold all road safety requirements and company driving procedures Represent Thyme Hospitality values through excellent customer service and local knowledge
