This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced Retail Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams and has a proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving KPIs.
About the role Lead and inspire a team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and business objectives Drive a high-performance sales culture through coaching, motivation and development Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong relationships with loyal clients Analyse store performance and implement strategies to maximise sales opportunities Recruit, train and develop team members to reach their full potential Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and brand presentation standards Oversee all store operations including stock management, rostering,



compliance and administration Create a positive and engaging team environment while leading from the front on the shop floor What we're looking for Previous Store Management experience within the retail sector Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Experience leading, coaching and developing a team Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and teams A hands-on, energetic leadership style with a drive to achieve results Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities The package $70,000 - $80,000 + Bonus and incentive opportunities Join a highly successful retailer with strong career progression opportunities Work within a supportive and high-performing team environment If you're an experienced Retail Manager who loves driving results, developing people and creating an exceptional store experience, we'd love to hear from you.
