Own end-to-end merchandise planning for your category across multiple markets Maximise sales, margin and stock productivity through data-led decisions Balance regional demand, inventory health and in-season trading performance Merchandise Planner This is a role for a merchandise planner who is ready to own their own categories across multiple markets channel, whilst working cross functionally to deliver on the big picture strategy of a growing business.
You'll be accountable for maximising sales, availability and profitability across our multiple markets, ensuring the right product lands in the right place at the right time.
You'll work closely with Finance, Product, Operations, and Marketing, and own the full merchandise planning lifecycle from range building and budget development through to in season trading, replenishment, and post season analysis.

The Role You'll own merchandise planning for your assigned category across multiple markets.
That covers the full cycle: seasonal budgets, buy plans, intake phasing, in season trading, replenishment, clearance, and post season review.
Category Planning and Forecasting Own end-to-end planning for your category, delivering seasonal sales, margin, and stock budgets Build forecasts, buy plans, and intake phasing aligned to regional demand Manage regional differences in demand, launch timing, and product performance Deliver planning milestones on time, every season Inventory Management and Allocation Own inventory health across multiple markets, maintaining optimal weeks of cover by market Monitor sell-through rates, stock turn,



and ageing metrics to minimise aged inventory Manage allocations and replenishment across warehouses, regions, and channels Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on intake timing and landed costs Execute clearance and markdown strategies by market to protect margin In-Season Trading and Performance Lead weekly trade analysis across multiple markets and deliver actionable insights Monitor performance vs budget, forecast, and prior year by market and channel Re-forecast and make data-led recommendations on rebuys, pull-forwards, or cancellations Own category inputs into weekly trading meetings, clearly articulating risks and opportunities Reporting and Analysis Maintain weekly sales, stock, and KPI reporting by market and category Deliver commercially focused insights that inform business decisions Conduct post-season analysis and translate learnings into future planning Ensure accuracy and consistency across all planning tools and systems Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Design, Production, Operations, Finance, and Retail teams across multiple markets Keep Production aligned to Critical Path milestones and supplier deadlines Provide Marketing with accurate availability, launch timing, and stock depth by region Contribute to process improvements as the business scales Who We're Looking For You are the kind of planner who sees the full picture, moves quickly, and makes things happen.




4+ years in merchandise planning or inventory planning Proven track record owning category performance, not just supporting it Advanced Excel - you build the model, you do not just fill it in Comfortable across dual-market or multi-channel environments Transparent communicator who can influence without authority It would an advantage if you have experience in multi-market retail, homewares or e-commerce, and familiarity with Shopify, Cin7 Core, or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
