Operating in Sydney for over 18 years, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering practical, well-designed secondary dwellings within the Sydney Metro area.
This is an opportunity to join a stable and growing business where you will take ownership of the design function and work closely with project managers and clients to deliver high-quality, compliant designs.
The Role This position will involve designing and documenting granny flats fromconcept through to construction drawings, ensuring designs meet compliance requirements and are practical for construction.
You will collaborate closely with the project management team and participate in client design meetings to customise layouts and finalise plans.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing concept designs for granny flats Customising and modifying existing design templates Producing detailed construction drawings Preparing documentation including electrical layouts,
