Job Description Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead ASX reporting requirements, including the preparation and review of Appendix 4D, annual and half-year financial reports, and supporting disclosures.
Monitor cash flow and financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with department heads to prepare and manage budgets effectively.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team to enhance performance and efficiency.
Streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as required.
The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
Proven experience in financial management within the retail industry.
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and data analysis tools.
